55.9 million. That's how many people in the U.S. are running so imagine the impact run leaders, experts and coaches have on an entire industry. But what happens when this group of industry leaders is made up of predominantly the same gender and the same race. What message does this send to others, particularly women in the BIPOC running community? It says that we don't belong at the expert table. It says that being an expert in this industry is for somebody else. It says that our expertise isn't seen, heard or valued.

Well it's time to change the game.

Redefining the Run Industry

The Game Changers program aims to bring in more Women of Color as Certified Run Coaches thus redefining who is seen as the experts and leaders in the run industry. This wave of much needed change will influence trends, grow the sport and ultimately impact the industry as a whole.

Thank you all who applied to VCPM, Inc.'s Game Changers program. Recipients will be contacted by Wednesday 9/4/24 via email and MUST register by Friday 9/6/24 to the RRCA Certified Run Coach training which is taking place virtually on Saturday Sept 21 @ 8-5PM EST AND Sunday Sept 22 @ 8-5PM EST.
